A Day in Your Life at Base Camp

As you read in each Base Camp program description, you will see that every Base Camp experience is different depending upon each Camper’s unique goals and aspirations.  Your program will vary depending upon your program emphasis, personal goals and length of stay.

Below is a sample schedule for a Camper (Body Temple Boot Camp) that came to us to break through a frustrating plateau she had struggled with for over two years. Her weight and body composition were far from her best.

Her goals: reduce body fat, learn to swim, refocus career

Her results: reduced body fat 5%, swam 40 lengths continuous, adopted new eating plan, charted new career path, new self image
